Warranty conditions

If you encounter a problem with the products in your order that you think is not from the consumer, you can send the product to our return address with your invoice within 1 year, which is the warranty period.

The inspection process regarding your product, which reaches our inspection department, is completed within 21 working days at the latest and you are informed.

If a production-related problem is encountered as a result of the inspection, your product will be replaced. In case of a user-related problem, your product will be sent to your address registered in the system with MNG Cargo.
