Cancellation and Refund Policy


1- I want to return my product. What are the Return Conditions?

The product to be returned must be delivered complete and undamaged, together with its standard accessories, within 14 working days.

Promotional and campaign products given as gifts must also be sent with the return. Otherwise, the product will be considered as an incomplete return. The price of the promotional product given as a gift is deducted from the refund amount.

For the return process, the form on the back of the product invoice or the order information form sent to you must be filled in.

Returns must be sent in the original box or packaging.

The return of products whose original box/packaging has been damaged (Example: products with a shipping label attached on the original box and products taped with a cargo duct tape are not accepted) that have lost their resaleability feature and that cannot be purchased by another customer are not accepted.

In return transactions, the shipping fee belongs to Passus Global. You can send your return to the address "Yaşamkent Mah. 3250 Cad. No: 24/A No: 13/27 Çankaya/Ankara, Turkey" by informing the courier of the order code with our contracted courier MNG KARGO.

2- How can I return my product?

Return: You can send the products to be returned by cargo, provided that they are complete and undamaged, with their box, packaging and standard accessories, if any.

3- Can I return from your stores?

You cannot exchange or return the products you have purchased from our online store. You can only return the products you bought from our online store to our online store.

4- When Can I Cancel My Order?

If your order has not been delivered to cargo, you can call our customer support number (0532 441 86 85) or send an e-mail to info@passusglobal.com.

5- How do I return the product with the shipping company?

You can request an online courier from the MNG Cargo Website (https://www.mngkargo.com.tr). You can deliver your cargo to the nearest MNG Cargo branch.

7- How will I track the return I have made with the cargo company?

You can inquire about the transportation of your return shipments to our warehouse from our contracted company, MNG Cargo, using the following methods, with the delivery number.

You can make inquiries from the Inquiry Shipment box on the MNG Cargo Web Site (https://www.mngkargo.com.tr/gonderifollow).

By calling MNG Cargo Call Center (444 06 06), you can inquire about your return shipment along with the delivery number.

8- Will I Pay Shipping Fee When Returning My Product?

You can send the returned products free of charge with MNG Cargo.

9- How and When Are Refunds Made?

In case the products received by our Quality Assurance department are delivered in accordance with the return conditions, the refund of the product amounts will be processed on the day the product reaches us. The time for the refund to be reflected in your account is at the discretion of your bank. Refunds made to the credit card are reflected in the account within 14 working days. Payment refunds at the door are made to your given bank account within 14 working days after the cargo reaches us.

10- How is my installment payment refunded?

The refund of the refund to your credit card is made by your bank in installments, depending on your payment method. Reflecting the refund to your credit card in installments is entirely your bank's application. You can get detailed information about the subject from your bank.

11- The product I bought broke down after use / lost its feature. What should I do?

If you think that your product has deteriorated / lost its feature due to a manufacturing defect under normal usage conditions, you can return it within the framework of return conditions. After your return reaches our warehouse, it will be subject to a review process by our quality assurance unit. All the items you order are carefully packed after careful inspection.

Our company acts within the framework of the Consumer Protection Law in return transactions. By stating the reason, you can return the unopened, unused and resalable products within 14 working days from the date of delivery together with the invoice.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR PROBLEMS CAUSED BY USER ERRORS.

However, in cases where you think that the malfunction in the product is caused by production, you can send the product to us with the invoice for inspection by our quality control unit.
